There is some problem in Upload & Download rate. we see 250 KB download from the BitComet Down Rate but its not true. Even when we download some file it don't show the correct download size.We think their is some calculation problem in upload & Download rates. Please solve this problem. What do you think it is, and how are you measuring it? Come to that, what are you measuring? You provide no details, no examples, no proof, just asserted generalities.
