Bit Comet download problem

Hy ,i have a problem with bit comet,the program doesn't want to download torrents,if i try doing that nothing happens the torrent appears there and shows that is connecting,if someoneelse send me that torent it works the file is downloaded succesfully,i dont't know what to do to make it work.
