Why the BitComet home page is in Japanese/Chinese and not in English?

My BitComet home page should be in English, as this is my choice.

But when I login the page is in Japanese and Chinese, which is hard for me because I don't read Japanese or Chinese.

How, I can keep permanently my BitComet home page in the English?

Please, someone can help me with this matter.
