BitComet 0.70 can't download anything

Recommended Posts

My BitComet0.70 just can't download anything starting from yesterday.....

The status of the download is often a "blue double arrow". It changed to a "green downside arrow" sometimes, but it just can't download any data and seems the program just can't find any seeds or peers....

when I checked the tracker, it always said can't connect tracker or cannot understand Tracker Protocol....

I have already enabled my DHT network and I tried to change Port but just did not help....

The program will download some files for around 5 minutes occassionally but then it will stop downloading. It does not start downloading most of the time though.

I am sure the seed is working because my friend is downloading the same file with no problem....

The log file is as below:

Default tracker optimization rules file loaded.

When you see an error like "cannot understand the tracker protocol", you need to solve it before anything else will happen. The problem is in the torrent, not elsewhere in your settings.

Take a look at the tracker URL, there's probably something wrong with it.
