Dark_Shroud Posted September 15, 2006 Share Posted September 15, 2006 Combined Community Codec Pack, its a pack of decoders instead of codecs that get better performance than codecs. And they work with any player that accepts external codecs, like WMP. VLC isn't a bad player, it just can't handle .mkv files well and it needs some updating. See what works best for you. jester Posted May 11, 2007 Share Posted May 11, 2007 Joined the Forum in order to sort out the problem quoted by Nutter ( sound but no video) and found the anwer in downloading the CCCP.....perfect !! I gave up after trying BitComet a few months ago because of the same problem (did not try the Forum last time)...but glad i tried it again !! Thanks to Dark_Shroud !!
