He used to use Netgear wireless router and my Bitcoment was working very good, after he installed Cisco 1800 router (I’m connecting by cable to his new router) my Bitcoment has stopped leaching and seeding. Possibly that's what your manager intended, in which case there's nothing you can do about it. Trying to evade this will likely get you censured or fired.
