There is nothing wrong with my ISP. Everything else works fine for internet. Once 0.77 came out, I couldn't download anything regarldess of using 0.77 or 0.70. My upload rate is 80% of my download, blah blah blah, read the forums and did everything I'm supposed to do. There has to be something else. Let me know how that proxy thing works.
