BluRay Posted July 11, 2006 Share Posted July 11, 2006 hi, i have a 2mb connection, and i should be getting a good dl speed rite? wrong! i am getting a 1-3kb dl speed and a 1-3kb UL speed y? i have ported bitcomet through my firewall, and i am using a standard speedtouch modem. i am NOT on a restriction due to a fair usage policy, and i have even tried downloading with firewall totaly off, i let it go for hours to reach full speed but to no avail! what is going on? the torrents are all ok and good, i even tried using private trackers with torrents that have lots of seeds but they dont work either. i even get stuck with nothing downloadin, oh and before you ask windows xp firewall is set to off. so what could it be? i am not using a router or anytihng.
