Yes I know that sounds way to easy and extreamly simplified. Look at what you have as in how many computers and what OS they're running and weather their network cards are 10/100 or 10/100/1000. Do they support full deplex mode? Then look at what you need speed wise. Do you plan to transfer video files or mp2 files over this network? Is it going to be used for gameing?
