wolfmother Posted July 24, 2006 Share Posted July 24, 2006 I downloaded A half life 2 crack on bit comet and extracted and installed everything. Then i played it and then saved it and quit, then i came back about 2 hours later and clicked on the crack to launch the game and it wont launch anymore for some reason and then it comes up with this message. Anyone know what to do? You cant really see it, but is says the following, Steam() Startup failed: Steam Startup(0xf,0x12e0f4) failed to connect to any GeneralDirectoryServer, Winstock error 10060 "Connection timed out" Any help would be great.
