new member with problems downloading

Hi Guys an Gals,

I just got my internet connection today and i'm eagre to get downloading using the awsome bitcomet however im having some problems,

i have installed and registered etc... i have some files waiting to be downloaded but nothing is happening, its sitting at 0kb and has been for some time, i got 8 meg download speed and i live right accross from the exchange and the files i'm downloading has plenty of seeders etc.

any help would be appreciated
