You can download and install any version that you wish. You aren't required to install a version that matches your OS language preferences. Indeed, in Windows7 Ultimate, there aren't any.

You just need to set your System Locale to other language than Chinese and Torrent Share/Exchange will reappear in the GUI.

It's been made unavailable just for that language setting not practically removed from the codebase or from the executable.

Whichever the language I install, the first boot of BT will change my language to Chinese simple

and remove the torrent share from GUI.

Then whichever the language I change , the torrent share will never appear.

I think someone who develope this Chinese edition can tell me what happen for BitComet First run i

just to make sure here -- you did change your SYSTEM locale -- not BC's language -- to non-Chinese, right?
