The UnUsual Suspect Posted June 21, 2010 Share Posted June 21, 2010 Most likely cause is that you don't have the proper codecs installed. There is a free program called "gspot" that will analyze the video to tell you what codec it uses, or you can install a good codec pack. I use K-lite codec pack (full). Just be careful about changing from any default options in setup, installing conflicting codecs can make your system unstable. All the above programs are free and easy to find.
