This error was recently identified and it's expected to be corrected within a day or so. VIP service is currently in Beta testing phase, so errors like this are to be expected. All we can do is ask that you be patient. If you were unable to recover the bandwidth by cancelling the vip on an effected task, or if this causes your plan to expire before you're able to fully use it, you can send a PM to zerojinn, including your CometID name and transaction details from your purchase and I'm sure she will be able to help.
