Lenta velocidad de subida

Hola!

He estado teniendo un problema compartiendo archivos, acabo de descargar 5 torrents de varios Gigas cada uno.

Mientras los estaba descargando se compartían bastante bien, llegaban a una velocidad de subida de 30KB/s que es la que puse como máximo.

Pero ahora que ya están descargados, estas velocidades no suben de unos 6KB/s, y eso sólo en ciertos momentos, en muchos otros no comparte para nada.

Los torrents tienen muchos Leechers, 3 de ellos más de mil, por lo que no sé por qué no descargan de mis archivos.

Uso BitComet 64 Bit 1.31.

Tengo un internet de AXTEL de 2Mbps, y tengo una velocidad de descarga de 200KB/s y de subida de unos 50KB/s.

Uso un router DLink DIR-600, y AXTEL cuenta con otro módem, los puertos ya están abiertos, y para descargarlos no tuve muchos problemas.

Uso Windows 7 Ultimate Ed. Con el Firewall de windows y de antivirus AVAST Free.

He probado desactivando el Firewall y hasta el antivirus, y sigue igual. Por lo que no creo que sean ellos.

¿Qué hacer para que se compartan más rápido?

Si necesitan alguna otra información con todo gusto la doy.

I've been having a problem sharing files. I've just downloaded five torrents, each of various Gb-size.

While I was downloading them, there were being shared quite well. They reached an upload speed of 30 KB/s, which is what I had set as the maximum.

But now, that they're completey downloaded, these speeds don't surpass 6 KB/s - and that, only happenning during certain moments, during many others, it doesn't share anything at all.

The torrents have many leechers (three of them, over a thousand), which is why I don't know why they aren't leeching from my files.

I use BitComet 64-bit 1.31. I have an AXTEL 2Mb connection, and have a max download speed of 200 KB/s and about 50 KB/s for upload.

I use a D-Link DIR-600 router, and AXTEL has another modem. The ports are already open and I didn't have many problems downloading them.

I use Windows 7 Ultimate Ed., Windows firewall and avast! Free antivirus.

I've tried disabling the firewall, and even the antivirus, but it remains the same, so I don't think that they are the cause.

What to do, so that they are shared faster?

If you need any additional information, I'll be happy to oblige.

Estuve descargando otros archivos, y alcanza muy buena velocidad de descarga, pero la subida se queda en 0KB/s.

Con esto no puedo lograr un índice de compartición decente, y no sé qué hacer!

I've been downloading other files and it reaches a very good download speed, but the upload stays at 0 KB/s. With this, I can't achieve a good sharing ratio and I don't know what to do!

Most of the forum staff do not speak Spanish. As we are all unpaid volunteers, patience is suggested when requesting assistance, particularly in other languages.

First, turn your firewall back on, and thoroughly disinfect your system. I don't know why people think that a solution is to disable the firewall. Does it sound like something that should be disabled? It's like having trouble with the door lock, then deciding you'll take your front door off of its hinges. Your television, your stereo and your identity may walk out the door, and you may find undesirable people squatting in your living room.

It takes less time for your system to become infected than it does for you to take a shower, and many of the infections will do their best to prevent you from ever realizing they are present. Your second move (after firewalling up again) is to thoroughly clean your system with your antivirus, Spybot S&D, Antimalwarebytes and AVG's rootkit detector. No one of them can do it all.

While you're doing that (it will take quite a while), you can study up on bittorrent and how it works. Your situation is VERY common, and was predicted by the inventor of bittorrent when he heard about trackers that keep ratios. What he predicted is that you'd have a downloader who gets the torrent very quickly, but then joins the horde of seeders who are all looking for somebody to give a byte to.

When you first joined the swarm, you had your pick of all of these seeders trying to give you data to help their own ratios. You chose the best and fastest of them to download from. Now that you are a seeder, any rare leechers who come along later, will choose somebody else to download from if you aren't among the best and fastest out there.

Take a look through our wiki and configure your client as best you can, but the largest part of this is going to be the upstream speed of your internet connection. If it's not among the fastest available, there's not much you can do.

See if you can jump on new torrents from that tracker early, even if you don't want them, to try to improve your ratio. Make certain you have an open listen port so other peers can connect to you. See if you can find new material to upload to the tracker, if that's allowed. (Some don't.)

En primer lugar, vuelve a habilitar tu cortafuegos y desinfecta tu sistema a fondo. No sé por qué la gente piensa que una solución es el deshabilitar el cortafuegos. ¿Acaso suena como algo que debería ser deshabilitado? Es como tener problemas con la cerradura de la puerta, y después decidir el quitarle las bisagras a la puerta de tu casa. Tu televisor, estéreo y hasta tu integridad pueden salir andando por la puerta, y te puedes encontrar con personas indeseables acomodados en tu sala de estar.

Tarda menos tiempo en infectarse tu sistema que lo que tú tardas en ducharte, y muchas de las infecciones se cuidarán muy mucho de prevenir que tú te des cuenta de que están presentes. Tu segundo paso (después de activar tu cortafuegos, de nuevo) es darle una buena pasada (a fondo) a tu sistema con tu antivirus, SpyBot S&D, AntiMalwareBytes y el Rootkit Detector de AVG. Ninguno de estos, por sí solo, puede hacerlo todo.

Mientras estás haciendo eso (puede tardar bastante), puedes leer más sobre bittorrrent y cómo funciona. Tu situación es MUY común, y fue previsto por el inventor de bittorrent, cuando se enteró sobre como algunos rastreadores mantenían índices de compartición ("ratios"). Lo que él previó fue que tendrías alguien que descarga el archivo muy rápidamente, pero que después se une a una multitud de "semillas", donde están todas buscando a alguien a quien entregarle un byte.

Cuando, al principio, te uniste al enjambre, tuviste amplia selección de entre todas estas semillas intentando darte datos para ayudar aumentar sus propios ratios. Escogiste las mejores y más rápidas, entre ellas, para descargar. Ahora que tú eres una semilla, cualquier leecher que, casualmente, aparezca después, escojerá a otra semilla, si tú no estás entre las más rápidas y fiables disponibles.

Echa un vistazo en nuestra wiki y configura tu cliente,como mejor puedas - la parte más grande de dicha tarea, va a ser la velocidad de subida de tu conexión de Internet. Si no está entre las más veloces disponibles, no habrá mucho que puedas hacer.

Intenta "coger" torrents nuevos de ese mismo rastreador temprano, aunque no los quieras, para intentar mejorar tu ratio. Asegúrate de que tienes un puerto de escucha abierto, para que otros pares puedan conectarse contigo. Mira a ver si puedes encontrar material nuevo para subir a ese rastreador, si está permitido (algunos lo prohiben).

Ok, I disabled my firewall just to check if it was doing something to prevent me to upload, of course I enabled it again right away.

I did check for viruses, rootkits, and all of that, passed 3 antivirus and several antimalwares, but there was nothing to be found.

So I think theres nothing more I can do but keep waiting that someone wants what I have to offer, or create something new...

I keep only concerned because when I began downloading torrents (a couple weeks ago), my upload ratio was great, but now it keeps at 0KB/s...

which I still think is weird because of the amount of leechers of the several torrents that I'am seeding.

But Its ok, I'll follow your advise.

De acuerdo. Yo deshabilité el cortafuegos sólo para ver si estaba haciendo algo que me previniese subir -por supuesto, lo habilité, de nuevo, inmediatamente después.

También busqué víruses, rootkits y todo eso. Le pasé 3 antivíruses y varios antimalwares, pero no se encontró nada. Por tanto, pienso que no hay nada más que pueda hacer, excepto esperar que alguien quiera lo que yo ofrezco, o crear algo nuevo...

Sólo me preocupa porque, cuando empecé a descargar torrents (hace unas semanas) my ratio de subida era fantástico y ahora se mantiene a 0, lo cual sigo pensando que es extraño, por la cantidad de leechers que hay en los torrents que estoy subiendo. Pero da igual, seguiré tu consejo.
