The UnUsual Suspect Posted March 23, 2012 Share Posted March 23, 2012 I too would find that upsetting, but please understand that Ariel is only one person and has to handle the entire english speaking population of the planet, so she may not have had time to reply. I'm sure your account problems can easily be fixed, but I would totally understand if you wanted to ask paypal for a refund.
