BitComet Freezes in one of the User Accounts in Windows 7

Greetings,

I've just installed BitComet and is working flawlessly using my Admin Account. But if I log in with a Standard User Account and launch it, it only works for about less than ten seconds and then it will stop responding ("is not Responding"), looking at it in the Processes Tab in the Task Manager, it doesn't seem to be doing anything.

I don't understand why it works on one user and not on the other. Please help.
