stewartfoo Posted May 17, 2014 Share Posted May 17, 2014 I bought VIP 10GB yesterday, I did enabling VIP accelaration for my 7 download files. but from yesterday till now, all of that status still "queuing" ! May I know what is the problem ? I bought the VIP for just want to experience on the accelaration speed, but I didn't get it. Please advise. The UnUsual Suspect Posted May 18, 2014 Share Posted May 18, 2014 Some members have reported problems with the vip servers being busy and unable to open channels. If you read in the forum you'll see that we (forum staff) really have no access to this network to diagnose your specific cause and the best we can do is advise you to keep trying or request a refund. You can cancel vip on any task that is queued. Once the channel is connected the vip can be cancelled after 24hrs if it's unable to work, and lastly, if you're unhappy with the performance you can request a refund from paypal or you can message Queeniequ to see if she can help.
