The UnUsual Suspect Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 If you are asking if VIP will be helpful to you, I'd need more info about your system and your connection to give you the best advice but generally speaking if your upload speed is limited you won't be able to get data from the best peers and your download will also be slow. The way vip is designed to work is you connect to a high speed server that is operated by bitcomet which runs the torrent and gets you the data much faster than most connections are able, then it sends it to you in a direct connection using BitComets proprietary LTseed technology. If you want a more detailed opinion then please read the link in my signature and provide all the required info including the results of your speed test and we can suggest ways to improve your download performance and give you an opinion if we feel vip can help you.
