Delete all configuration files (advanced option)

Adding an advanced option to delete all configuration files (all .xml files) along with a "undelete" button would be a useful tool for diagnosing problems. It would also be helpful when someone has a problem and wants to do a fresh install since it would save our staff a lot of effort in teaching members how to delete the files and where to find them, which varies from different windows versions and user account settings.

Perhaps a separate option for the downloads.xml file so a user could delete just this file, or all except this file.
