The UnUsual Suspect Posted March 20, 2016 Share Posted March 20, 2016 This can happen if bitcomet is improperly shut down and cannot save the "downloads.xml" file, but there will be upto 10 backups of this file from the last ten times you shut down, select one of them and rename it to "downloads.xml".
