bertiemillie Posted April 21, 2020 Share Posted April 21, 2020 Hi, I purchased a password security software called Sticky Password. Because of my stupidity I have messed up my Comet account access. I know my user name so I requested a password reset. Problem is I have been using comet for nearly 10 years and wouldn't have access to the email address I was using when I first joined. When you set up your new e-mail account, did you export any messages from that old one? Did you give your browser permission to 'save and remember' your old e-mail's password, by any chance? If your answer to the above questions is "no", I'm afraid that you'll just have to use your new address and start anew (unless someone else who is more tech-savvy than I has an alternative).
