Save & Export/Import ability for "Options" setting page.

Hi

It would be so helpful if you could have the option to save and export all the settings you made in the "OPTIONS" section so when we upgrade or use Bitcomet on another computer or if we need to setup Bitcomet on a friends computer after convincing them to use Bitcomet instead, we can just import the saved settings and all is done immediately.

You can do that manually:

Open the hidden folder C:\Users\<yourname>\appdata\Roaming and copy the Bitcomet folder to a thumb drive
