kingstonsnelson
i have a 1 terrabyte connection and i constantly get less than 1mb a sec, why is this happening. it does not happen with utorrent and others. tried to use others to download the file i am getting and it is refused because bitcomet has somehow locked it from other dsoftware. also why does it need 3gb of my ram whens its downloading this file. has been 13gb. shut it down and restarted it and its now using 3gb i am only downloading 1 file..further to that i should be able to connect to 71 seeds. Rhubarb
I'd look for an external source of the problem. I've had occasion now and again to reduce my download rate as the date was coming in faster than the buffers could handle it. You could try increasing the buffer size, but can cause problems in the event of a shutdown where a lot of data is held in volatile RAM and is lost when the app is closed
