Add New torrent sites to BitComet menu

Recommended Posts

Most people don't bother with the built-in minibrowser at all. Your regular, preferred browser (that's FireFox, right?) will work just fine for searching/downloading torrents, and you already know how to deal with bookmarks in it. So why not just use that?

It's not difficult to add a site at the torrent list of the BitComet. First, go to the BitComet installation directory, and then, to the FAV directory. Once in there, locate the fav file with the ending that coresponds to language witch you are using. Now you've got to open the file to edit it with some program like Microsoft Word 2003, or Note Block. Add the site using the same principles you can see on the others.

I hope it will help. B)
