blokenz2002 Posted August 16, 2006 Share Posted August 16, 2006 Hi Would appreciate any help, I am on a company LAN and was using Bitcomet fine on a win2000 PC. I now have a new PC with XP and cannot connect, no DHT connected, cannot connect to tracker (10060). I have turned off windows firewall. The only difference i can see between the 2 PCs is that the win2000 PC has both a LAN & WAN IP, winxp PC only has LAN IP. As another PC works in the same office im guessing its not router/ports? The UnUsual Suspect Posted August 16, 2006 Share Posted August 16, 2006 have you tried more then this one torrent? from what you are saying, it sounds like a problem with the torrent, or a firewall issue. Have you setup port forwarding in your router? at the following site, towards the bottom of the page is a nat test, you can enter your port number and test if its open.
