Go Run> type "gpedit.msc" > Local Computer policy > Computer configuration >adminstrative templates > Network > Qos Packet Scheduler > limit reserveble bandwidth > set "enabled" and bandwidth limit to "0"( (default setting is "20%") If I try this way to increase connection bandwidth, any effect will occur on bitcomet ? The only way it could is you had more then 80mb/s connection, and most of the fastest connections availble for home use is 1 to 15 mb/s. This will only speed transfers from within your L.A.N.
