my downloads always gets stucked

help me please with my downloads.i am downloading files with speed between 200kb/s and 230kb/s but when the file reaches 99% it stops but still it keeps on downloading at the same speed and because of that i cannot complete files

this is most often cause by your router rewriting packets ip addresses to make them compatible with some older games (gaming mode). If this is the cause, you will need to disable gaming mode in your router.
