l3lue
Hi, After the downloading part has finished and the status is uploading it seem to takes ages to do that, could take a whole night even for 300mb file. Thats not normal is it? Sometimes if i dont let it fully up loat, small segments are missing for the tv shows/ movies etc... Any know how to sor tit out? Also, i have 10mb broadband and most downloads are at about 50 kbs even with good seeds. Should it be more, because i think some ports are closed making the download speed slower ? The UnUsual Suspect
most of us have much more download bandwidth compared to upload. This will make uploading take longer then download, and since bit torrent gives those with higher upload, more download speed, you can see how this will slow your downloads. I suggest you use the settings guide, and be sure you have properly forwarded your listening port if your using a router. You can go here... http://www.canyouseeme.org/ to test your listening port. If it doesn't test as OPEN, then you will need to setup your router properly. Portforward.com has guides for most routers. If you want to test your speed, here is a good torrent to test with... http://distribution.openoffice.org/p2p/index.html Suspect
