Descargando más de lo requerido!

Hola!!! simplemente quisiera saber: ¿Por qué al descargar un archivo de 3GB (por ejemplo) termino descargando 3.5 GB? nose si alguien podría contestarme esta consulta.

Mientras más grande es el archivo termino descargando más de lo que es necesario.

P.D.- Esto me ha ocurrido con todas las versiones del bitcomet incluso con la 0.70

If I understand you correctly, you are asking why you often have to download more then the total size of the files in order to get a complete copy of the files.

This could be normal. Sometimes pieces download do not pass "hash" test, and need to be downloaded again. There are also times then you could receive the same piece more then once, if for example your client makes a second request for a piece then recieves it from both peers it requested from.

If you continue to have alot of discarded data, then there could be a problem with your connection, which your "ISP" could test for you, and if present, they would have to repair it.

Esto puede ser normal. A veces, los trozos descargados no pasan la prueba del hash y, necesitan ser descargados de nuevo. También hay veces en la que hayas podido recibir el mismo trozo más de una vez si, por ejemplo, tu cliente ha efectuado una segunda petición para obtener un trozo y después lo recibe de ambos clientes a quien se los pidió.

Si continúas teniendo mucha data descartada, entonces puede que haya un problema con tu conexión, la cual tu Proveedor (ISP) podría comprobar - de ser así, lo tendrían que reparar.
