i need help with viewing avi

hello im new to bit torrent and i need help viewing stuff. when i go to preview a downloading episode of bleach i get a message saying.

" media file playback error! maybe some necessary audio/ video codec is not installed on your system. do you want to run bitcomet video codec check wizard" then i click yes and it says "check results: found realplayer. not found media player classic. found realmedia splitter codec." then it says at the bottom " this system is able you playback real media file." is there anything that can help me?

Ive tried to get the media player classic and there was no difference. if theres a link to a site that made it work for you please post it. any help would be appericated greatly.

First of all, if your download isn't complete, then its normal to get these problems.

Viewing incomplete video files is not a good option, and at best, will only work sometimes.

If your download has completed, then you may need to install the proper codecs to play this video.

Here are links to a couple good codec packs. If you don't know much about video encoding, then I suggest you install the CCCP.

if you select the k lite pack, don't just install all the options, or you will surely have problems (default settings work fine for nearly every user)
