You have version .70. Fine. Now: What O/S do you have? Who is your ISP? Do you use a router and/or modem? Which one? Is/are they portforwarded properly? Do you have an antivirus? Which one? What type (internal/external)? Do you have a firewall? Have you already gone through the SETTINGS GUIDE?? If you haven't, I strongly suggest that you do so, before posting anymore vague questions.
