Si quieres que los miembros del Soporte Técnico puedan ayudarte, tendrás que aportar más información de lo que has hecho.

Por ejemplo, empieza por decir cuál versión de BitComet estás usando, tu S/O, si tienes rúter/modem (el modelo), cortafuegos, antivirus, quién es tu ISP, etc. - cualquier cosa que pienses que puede ser útil para poder empezar a resolver tu problema.

¿Ya has leido los Tutoriales para configurar tu cliente? Si todavía no lo has hecho, sugiero que lo hagas antes de agregar tus preguntas.

If you want the Tech. Support team to help you, you'll have to offer more information than what you've offered.

For example, start by saying which BitComet version you're using, you O/S, if you have a router/modem (the model), firewall, antivirus, who your ISP is, etc. - anything that you can think of that will be of help to begin to resolve your problem.

Have you already read the Tutorials to configure your client? If you haven't done so yet, I suggest that you do so before posting your questions.
