macka Posted November 18, 2006 Share Posted November 18, 2006 Hi ya My wonderfull isp which is talktalk has stopped me downloading any torrents.I have argued the toss with them but the guy at the other end wouldnt have any of it. The UnUsual Suspect Posted November 18, 2006 Share Posted November 18, 2006 Protocall encryption can limit most types of throttling, but there is a newer type of detection being used that has yet to be defeated (that I know of).
