Hi anyone know how to play do away with the bc incomplete when i have 99.9% and the last bit is of no use thanks

Hi, if your torrent is still active, but you can't get it to complete, it could be a problem with your router. Disabling "gaming mode", or bypassing router, will usually fix that problem.

If you want to remove the .bc! extension, that is easy to do.

First, I recommend you make sure your windows isn't set to hide file extensions (I posted a guide for this).

Then if you click on the file name (in windows, not bit comet), wait a second (so it is not a double click), then click one more time. The files name will now be highlighted. Click one more time and a "cursor" will appear where you clicked. Use your "arrow" keys to go to the end of the file name, then backspace to delete the ".bc!".

then click "enter" and it will save the new name. (note, file must not "be in use" when you do this, so shut down bit comet first.

An alternate method would be to use the "rename" function.
