I got it to work!

It's WORKING!!!

Okay,

I reset my Port Forwarding to port 52001. And then I waited for it to work through the process...

Here's what the statistics said on my stats panels

Okay. So maybe switching to Kerio's Personal Firewall and changing my forwarding port to above 45000 helped. B)

I'm happy.

And I'm using dynamic IP!

Once this small torrent has finished downloading, I'll try my larger one.

good to hear its working.

I suggest you write down the ip address you used in your port forwarding in your router, and when you reboot, go to command prompt and type "ipconfig /all

and compare ip address to be sure it remains the same, if it changes, then you will have to change your port forward settings in the router to match your ip address.

Its one thing to get it to work with dynamic ip address, and another to have it work after each reboot.
