Baillie125 Posted June 26, 2006 Share Posted June 26, 2006 HI, i downloaded half life 2 and i open it with IzArc, i then clicked on checkout which makes a new folder in downloads, i then click launcher which launches the game and works. i then start a new game and works for about a minute then a message comes up and says connection to steam servers lost, could not acquire necessary game files. You should find a correct forum for questions like this. BTW, "aloud" = "audible", as in "to speak aloud". The word you want is "allowed" = "permitted".
