Const2k Posted June 26, 2006 Share Posted June 26, 2006 Well, the only way to find out what's wrong for us (with all the data you've given) here is to guess ;) So, here are general recommendations: Make sure you use the latest (or at least another stable) version of BitComet; send an error report (if you're prompted) to staff with description. I've constantly (each xx minutes) got crashes with 0.67; 0.68 worked fine for me, but someone have reported crashes with it too; 0.70 seems to be OK for now. kluelos Posted June 27, 2006 Share Posted June 27, 2006 Don't overlook the possibility of a hardware problem, especially on a new computer. It never hurts to be sure, so download memtest86+ from memtest.org, in whatever version works for you. (If you have a CD burner and know how to use it, go with the bootable ISO version.)
