kluelos Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 There is an option, "Check for updates on startup" in the advanced preferences. I think the result of selecting this is what you're speaking of. It has never worked, even when I knew there was a new version release, so many of us have long since unselected the option.
