car33 Posted February 20, 2011 Share Posted February 20, 2011 I have tried my VIP option this morning and it says "SERVER ERROR" , yet another problem with server. We want all users to be happy with the service, but we have had some difficulties. If your unhappy with it, send your comet ID and any error messages to zerojinn and I'm sure she will find a way to correct the problem. haseo_shoujo Posted April 1, 2011 Share Posted April 1, 2011 VIP acceleration should not have an expiry dates ..people totally can't use all designated bandwith within 30 days especially for those who paid for 100GB bandwith, it fells like just waste of money for this services because it does not accelerate as good as it say. if u guys want more people using this services ,u guys should remove expiry for VIP aceleration.i also has paid for this services but i did not get to use all of my bandwith within 30 days . :( please improve please .TQ we will support u guys more if u can make this future without expiry dates .lets us use all our bandwith that we paid .tq Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
