The UnUsual Suspect
Mpeg transport stream is usually used when broadcasting video. It can better deal with damaged or degraded stream then traditional encoding containers such as dvd and more modern methods such as divx/xvid or h264/x264. Normally the exact settings used are based on the source video, so it's very odd to say you want to know how to encode a video with this exact specs, as they could completely destroy the video source if they aren't compatible. I think your question would be better asked if you specified what source video your using and what you plan to do with it, then perhaps members could offer advice on the best way to go about it. greywizard
CCE is one of the best and is being used even by professional studios.
