The UnUsual Suspect Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 try another torrent site, if it works on other sources, then the problem is with thepiratebay, and you'd need to report it there. Also make sure you're not clicking on an advertisement, they have some malicious ads that say things like "download", to trick you into clicking them. kluelos Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 The error message means that whatever TPB sent was not in the proper format for a .torrent file, so BitComet can't process it. You can try saving the torrent to a file on disk and look at it with notepad, to see what it says.
