But we don't know that because Alfa206 didn't say -- didn't provide the necessary and requested information, like which OS he's using. Still my question, What language did you select？did you select "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages"? And did you try to install by press Shift and "Run as different user" from right-click context menu but login administrator account"?
