ashtu109
I double checked, it is only doing it while BC is running and doing transfers.

Rhubarb
It's just possible you know that peerblock is doing exactly what the name says - blocking peers
The UnUsual Suspect
Exactly, it's blocking peers, in most cases harmless ones. It depends on what block lists you use. Also, you may be disabling Bitcomet's ability to search for mirror locations to download. To work properly with peer block you should make an allow list including the IPs used by bitcomet which can be found in the FAQs at wiki.bitcomet.com.
